AiVII was born from frustration with the tools available to apprenticeship providers. We knew there had to be a better way to run provision, so we built it.
From sector frustration to sector platform.
We’ve spent years working with apprenticeship providers: as consultants, as technology partners, as people who genuinely care about the sector. We saw the same problems everywhere: spreadsheets that didn’t talk to each other, data that was always out of date, and teams spending more time compiling reports than acting on insights.
We built AiVII to solve those problems. Not as another generic business intelligence tool, but as a platform designed specifically for apprenticeship providers, with the metrics that matter, the workflows you need, and the insights that drive real improvement.
Today AiVII helps providers across the UK improve their QAR, reduce withdrawals, stay Ofsted-ready, run sampling and quality reviews, audit funding compliance, and give every coach a personal home for their week’s work.
