How is learner count calculated?
Active learners in your MIS at the start of each billing period. We count learners with an active learning plan, not historical records.
What's included in setup?
All plans include MIS integration, data mapping, initial configuration, and onboarding training. No hidden setup fees.
Can I upgrade mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. You only pay the difference for the remaining contract period.
What MIS systems do you integrate with?

Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. The prices shown are based on annual billing. Monthly billing is available at a higher rate.
