How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of live learners in your provision. We band by learner count — your price stays flat across each band so growth within a band doesn't change your bill. Per-learner cost falls as you scale. Book a demo for a personalised quote.
How is learner count measured?
Active learners only — those with a current learning plan in your MIS. We don't count completed learners, withdrawn records or historical data.
What's included in setup?
All plans include MIS integration, data mapping, initial configuration and onboarding training. No hidden setup fees.
Can I upgrade mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. You only pay the difference for the remaining contract period.
Annual vs monthly billing?
Annual billing comes with a saving versus monthly. Most customers choose annual.
What MIS systems do you integrate with?
Bud, Aptem and OneFile have full data integration. Other systems can be supported on request — talk to us about your stack and we'll confirm what's possible.
Are add-ons priced per learner too?
Audit Centre, Training, Marker and Custom Dashboards are priced separately on top of your tier. Some scale per learner, some are flat. Your account manager will quote alongside the base tier.
