Frequently asked questions
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of live learners in your provision. We band by learner count, your price stays flat across each band so growth within a band doesn't change your bill. Per-learner cost falls as you scale. Book a demo for a personalised quote.
How is learner count measured?
Active learners only, those with a current learning plan in your MIS. We don't count completed learners, withdrawn records or historical data.
What's included in setup?
All plans include MIS integration, data mapping, initial configuration and onboarding training. No hidden setup fees.
Can I upgrade mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. You only pay the difference for the remaining contract period.
Annual vs monthly billing?
Monthly and annual billing are both available. Pricing follows the approved commercial schedule for your learner band and selected modules; your proposal shows both totals.
What MIS systems do you integrate with?
Bud, Aptem and OneFile have full data integration. Other systems can be supported on request, talk to us about your stack and we'll confirm what's possible.
Are add-ons priced per learner too?
Centre modules, Custom Dashboards, AiVII Workflows and AiVII Consult are priced separately on top of your tier and scale with the applicable learner band. Your proposal shows each selected module alongside the base tier.
