Session scheduling
Course instances with start/end times, attendance register and learner assignments. Build sessions on segment templates (AM/PM, Half Day, Three Part Session or custom).
Recurring session creation
One pattern, many sessions. Daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly recurrence creates the whole series in one action.
Venue and room management
Venues with multiple rooms; capacity and notes per room. Pick a room when scheduling a session for accurate capacity tracking.
Segment-based attendance
Mark Present, Partial, Late or Absent per learner per segment. Capture arrival and departure times plus follow-up notes.
Self-service learner bookings
Token-based Learner Portal Links per cohort. Tracks send count, open count, last access. Learners book their own slot in the public portal.
Waitlist with auto-promotion
Bookings auto-waitlist when capacity hits the limit. When someone cancels, the next on the waitlist gets promoted automatically with a notification.
Notification engine
Booking confirmation, reminders, cancellation, waitlist promotion and reschedule notifications. Templated with placeholders, per-tenant overridable.
Virtual meeting integration
Teams or Zoom links generated alongside the session. Calendar invites synced; attendees synced to the meeting roster automatically.
Certificate PDF generation
Generate completion certificates per booking. Certificate number, completion date, course detail. PDF rendered server-side, downloadable from the booking.
