Set a default sample rate at org level. Override per coach. Override per activity type within a plan. The engine applies the right rate to each activity bucket automatically.
Driven by activity due dates
Sampling window calculated from each activity's due date (or completion date). Items get a planned start and end so samplers know exactly when to act on each one.
Sample and write the report in-platform
Per-item review screen for completeness, assessment accuracy, feedback quality, overall grade. Strengths, areas for improvement, recommendations, sampler comments captured on the same screen.
AI does the actual sampling

AI can complete a sample on its own, but findings are stored as ai_completed status. Samplers review AI work, can reject with reason codes (e.g. AI grading too lenient), and the audit trail records every decision.
Built for cross-cutting analysis
Reports break down by coach, standard, programme or sampler. AI theme extraction surfaces patterns a single sampler couldn’t see, making this the input to standardisation events and CPD planning.
Credit system for AI usage
AI sampling uses purchased credits tracked in a transaction ledger. Org admins see credit balance, allocate per coach if needed, and reconcile usage in monthly billing.
